"Very helpful and knowledgeable! Our fish tank water looked good, they tested it for free, and it was good but tank still STINKED! Was advised it might be the food.......and presto. It worked. Thanks!"

"I decided to go to petsmart to purchase a cichlid to replace one we had lost due to sickness. Called ahead of time to make sure that they had some in stock, and according to the lady on the phone, there were multiple types available ranging in size and color. Well, apparently she didn't look all that close, as she missed the fact that 75% of them were dead. In fact, every tank had at least 1 dead fish, and many had 5 or more floaters, id say 60% of their stock was dead, indicating a very bad issue of some sort. Considering Petsmart is a large chain with many pet stores across the country, all with fish, you would think they would have it figured out. And worst of all, there was a young gal just standing around doing nothing instead of scooping dead fish! We ended up going to Exotic Pets, a REAL pet store with VERY healthy tanks, even with no filtration! They keep up on water changes, and their fish are very healthy, with no dead ones floating around. Not a huge selection, but they did have a little of everything. The store also has many other pets and supplied for all types. Very happy with Exotic Pets, and the service. STAY AWAY FROM PETSMART BILLINGS!"
